I’m Pujita Reddy Like most of the teenagers (especially girls) of this era. I used to find it very difficult adjusting amidst narrow minded people (especially in college and hostel) with lot of cultural differences who would just pick on me for every little thing did. Sometimes all you need is a person to listen to you and make you realise what an amazing person you could become when you start to realise your strengths and neglect the people who make you feel bad about yourself.

That was the time when I met Chetana Ma’am as a counsellor in our college. She was there for me whenever I wanted someone to share my worries. troubles and stress with. She made me into a much stronger person and always motivated me. Don’t know what I’d do without her! I’ve gone through many ‘life events’ while seeing Chetana Ma’am and she rolls with it with me… it’s so reassuring to know a true professional cares about this one patient of hers. She’s simply the best!!!

I found my inner strength through working with her and have continued to grow into a more confident person. I am able to deal with people and situations with clear, concise thinking and express my needs and desires when necessary. Her unbiased support has made me see things in a whole new perspective. Most importantly my self worth and respect for myself.

I just wanted to extend my deep appreciation to Chetana Ma’am.

Mrs. Chetana Harika Oruganti is easily the best trainer I have had during my freshman year. She is a phenomenal trainer, and cares deeply about her students. She has been there with her encouragement, motivation, support, help, assistance, kindness, patience, understanding, advice, and guidance all around. She teaches with great clarity, and as far as I can tell is a complete genius. I have had a few other trainers teach this course and she is easily the best I have seen. She explains all concepts clearly, and will not stop explaining until she feels that everyone in the class has an accurate understanding of the discussed concept.

Mrs. Chetana is an extremely enthusiastic and caring trainer. She really commits herself to the success of her students, which is something that is really lacking in every one of my other trainers. Her serenity, management, amicability, versatility, meticulousness, impartiality, flexibility, motivation, engagement, exploration, connection, and caring both as a professional trainer and as a person are impeccable. Her enthusiasm over this course was really contagious and it helped me develop an interest in this course as well. Moreover, she always welcomed questions no matter how trivial they were and she always encouraged us, saying that the questions were important and insightful.

Trainer Chetana Harika’s way of teaching is definitely one of the best I’ve seen especially for a complicated subject like emotional intelligence.

She presents the course material clearly, backed up with examples that are designed to show the key points of the concept. Her lecture talk flows well and she’s always ready to help students whether during or outside of office hours. Most of the other students I know who also take this course, but with other trainers ended up leaving their lecture slots to come to mine because they all heard that Mrs. Chetana’s teaching was both more intriguing and insightful.

She sends emails to remind us to send our projects for review so that she can give feedback. She also answers our questions readily and will check to ensure that the answers are as accurate as possible. She also cares for her students and will ask her students what happened to them when the students did not appear for tutorials, just in case something happened which shows her concern for us. She never hesitates to give additional resources and feedback to her students and treats all equally. She is indubitably the best trainer I have ever had in my life and I feel privileged to have been a part of her incredibly moving and inspiring sessions.

I am Madhavi Vuyyuru, as many of us do not have much idea about special needs and autism in kids in India, I too did not have much knowledge about these special needs. But, in 2016 when we got an opportunity to move to Australia, I started to look for job opportunities in Australia in order to secure a job as soon as we move to Australia. One of the job opportunities was working as Learning support assistant, which required to have knowledge about special needs and other kinds of conditions like autism which prevail in some kids.
Hence, I started to look for sources where I can get the knowledge and hands on experience in this field. That time I came across BRIX COSMOS and Chetna. Chetna suggested to pursue ‘Remedial Instructor’ course, which is very relevant to the job I was hoping to get in Australia.
During the course, I have learnt about educational psychology, neuroanatomy, and learning disabilities. Also, as part of the course I gained hands on experience working with kids who have these special needs, which was extremely important for me as I did not have any experience working with school aged kids that time ( I taught few years for intermediate students).
After migrating to Australia, I secured a job with the experience I gained through BRIX COSMOS (and reference as well) in a field related to educational caring. In order to secure the Learning support Assistant job and back up my knowledge about special needs, I gained through Remedial instructor course, I pursued another course called ‘Education Support’, and since 3 years I am working as Learning support assistant in Canberra (Australia).
I am extremely glad to share that along with passion, right kind of training and information takes us a long way, which I believe Brix cosmos and Chetna are skilled to facilitate.

I clearly remember the very first class of yours, all of us were wondering what kind of a lecturer we would get and then meet was started by a name CHETANA HARIKA; till then I had no idea, that one person’s words and confidence would make a huge impact on me.You welcomed us in a very warm and friendly way which wiped out all our doubts. I like topics related to communication and I really felt delighted that I got such a supporting and encouraging lecturer. I was very comfortable and very very interested to interact with you in every single class since day-1.
I know that I am writing too much more than a small note as I mentioned, but this is what I wanted to tell you mam; you are such a sweet heart. I would like to share my most thrilling and surprising experience I have faced in recent times. I obviously remember how excited I was to attend the exam of one of the top 4 companies in the world, DELOITTE. I had no hope or chance of passing the pre-assessment exam. Surprisingly I passed it . Later, I had training for a post-assessment exam, and that’s when I met you , Ms.Chetana Harika mam. I was wondering what kind of lecturers would I come across to meet and interact with them. I have had training for several days and I appeared for post-assessment exam of Deloitte. And surprisingly again I have passed the exam.

I have had a last training session with all the training lecturers. And then, again I have interacted with you, Ms.Chetana Harika mam. You have welcomed us all with a positive attitude in a friendly way for which I felt very pleased .

I still remember that you were teaching us about the case interviews and in a hurry out of nowhere i jumped into conclusion without listening to you.

Then you have helped me out and explained everything to me in detail. I had no idea that your teachings and words would make a huge impact on my personality and thinking.
